Lady Gaga has been nominated for three American Music Awards:

• Favorite Female Artist in Pop/Rock
• Favorite Pop/Rock Album
• Artist of the Year

Other artist going against Gaga in the 'Artist of the Year' category are Adele, Katy Perry, Lil' Wayne, and Taylor Swift.

The 2011 American Music Awards show will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday November 20, on ABC at 8P.M. ET.
