Lady Gaga is about to launch her newest step in association with her mother Cynthia Germanotta and that is their 'Born This Way Foundation'.

The opening of the foundation (February 29), which kicks off a campaign “to create a kinder and braver world,” has already garnered the attention of some rather influential people. According to the Associated Press, Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Chopra, U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, and Harvard Law professor Charles Ogletree are just some of the names scheduled to attend.

Lady Gaga is ranked in number four on VH1's Top 100 Greatest Female Artists of all time list, just behind Beyoncé, Mariah Carey and Madonna. Check the #top20 list below:

Lady Gaga will be releasing a photo of the new The Monster Ball 3: Born This Way tour stage this Tuesday. The pop star took to Twitter to tell her 18 million followers that she will be tweeting the new stage on Tuesday. She has also revealed that she's currently putting the setlist together, which probably means that we will be getting tour dates rather soon.

The new offering is called "BACKPLANE," with a website of www.littlemonsters.com, and it's expected to file its IPO soon. BUSINESSINSIDER reports "The LADY GAGA-funded start-up just came out of its super-secretive mode with the launch of its beta site LITTLE MONSTERS.

BACKPLANE hopes to give celebrities the chance to interact more intimately with fans then they could on FACEBOOK or TWITTER. The sites are also supposed to help fans create and share content." Co-founder JOEY PRIMIANI told BUSINESSINSIDER

"I'm all about starting this movement. I love technology and love good design. We definitely have an amazing opportunity here to have millions of users — the most amount of users per employee. We are going to be bigger than FACEBOOK and GOOGLE some day."

Lady Gaga has revealed she has already started preparations for her new world tour. The 'Marry The Night' hit performer confirmed back in December that she is planning to head out on the road again in 2012, and says she is already picking out props ready for her next tour.

"Happiest am I when surrounded by props," Gaga tweeted earlier today (20th January). "How I love preparing for tour. Don't judge me, I was born this wayysss : )."

The Born This Way Foundation is officially launching on February 29th. The launch will take place at Harvard University's Sanders Theatre. Lady Gaga, along with her mother, Born This Way Foundation President and co-founder Cynthia Germanotta, will be joined by some very special guests to introduce the organization.

Gaga's mother had this to say about the upcoming launch, due to take place on 29th February – "My daughter's foundation was born out of her passion to create a better world where people are kinder and nicer to one another and are accepted for who they are, regardless of how different they may be."

Google.Blog-After claiming the top spot on Twitter and Facebook with maximum number of followers, Lady Gaga has now joined Google+. Since long, speculations have been doing the rounds regarding Lady Gaga joining the Google network.

A feature of the Google Plus, “Search Plus Your World”, is said to be the motivation behind Lady Gaga joining the Google+. In this feature, one can select a circle and he or she get to contact the people in that circle as well as celebrities who are from the same genre. Lady Gaga has joined the likes of Britney Spears and Snoop Dogg, who have already made their presence felt on Google+.

As Lady Gaga previously promised for midnight on Christmas Eve,she leaked an unreleased song from her latest studio album 'Born This Way'.Gaga tweets about the song:

“So to give you a little background to the creation of this song. I wrote it in Minnesota after the Monster Ball on the tour bus. We recorded it in one shot. Fernando on guitar, Paul on Drum Machine. I wrote, sang it, and freestyled the last minute + a half of the song.''
