MTV.CO.UK-Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has praised Lady GaGa, confessing he thinks she's a better song writer than him.
Fresh from performing on The X Factor final last night (11th December), Martin revealed he was was huge fan of the Marry The Night singer, complimenting her ability to pen a catchy chorus.
Speaking of GaGa to The Sun, the 34-year old rocker stated: "She's very sweet. I think what undercuts it all, though, is that she's talented and she writes everything."
He added: "I just admire all of the hats and the dresses and the madness and everything because I know that underneath it all she can beat me at writing choruses."
Born This Way tops the Dance/ Electronic Albums Chart of the year. It ranks #2 on Digital Albums Artists and #3 on Billboard 200, in which British singer Adele's album, 21, tops. Born This Way is also #3 on the Digital Albums chart.
Born This Way (single) is placed at #9 on Digital Songs chart. On Billboard Hot 100 Songs of the Year, the single makes it to the Top 20 and charts at #18.
The Edge of Glory comes in at #15 and #17 in Adult Pop Songs and Adult Contemporary Music, respectively. It also comes in at #21 and #23 on Pop and Radio songs.
As an artist, Gaga tops the Dance/ Electronic Albums Artist charts. She is #2 on the Social 50 Artists chart and also #2 on the Dance/ Club Artists chart. She ranks in at #4 on Top Artist of 2011 and Billboard 200 Aritsts. She comes in at #5 on Pop Songs Artists and #6 on Hot 100 Aritsts and Digital Songs Artists. She also makes it to #8 and #10 on Adult Pop Songs and Radio Songs Artists, respectively.
Tony Bennett's Duets II tops the Jazz Albums chart. Gaga is featured in The Lady Is A Tramp, the disc-opener of the album.

Lady Gaga told MTV in an interview that the concept for the new album has begun to flourish, and that a name has already been picked for the upcoming full-length LP/ studio album. The album, however, is "not ready", and will be put out once it is done. Producer Fernando Garibay, who produced Gaga's biggest hit to date, Born This Way, has been confirmed to be the producer of the album. He also says that the aim is to outdo whatever material that has been put out on Born This Way.
Lady Gaga was interviewed on the Ellen DeGeneres Show today where she talked about possibly acting in the future, her newest single Marry The Night, touring, and she also performed Marry The Night.
She described Marry The Night as "Marrying the darkness, marrying what is difficult about your life. " The performance was ballerina-inspired and what Gaga calls perhaps her favorite performance yet!

Madame Tussauds in Blackpool revealed Lady Gaga's 10th wax figure new look in time for Christmas. The dress was designed by Adnan Bayatt and made from cling film with LED lights. The wax figure is surrounded in a Christmas setting with Christmas trees and snow.
Lady Gaga cooked, sat and even layed in bed with Perez Hilton to talk about Born This Way, her career, and even on the name of Gaga's upcoming tour. Perez Hilton asked Gaga questions on her relationship with Beyonce, "She's not fake at all, nothing about her is fake.", Lady Gaga said.
She also told Perez she's come up with name for her upcoming 2012 tour: "The Born This Way Ball In The Electric Chapel".

Lady Gaga was honored for her tireless efforts toward LGBT youth at The Trevor Project's 2011 Trevor Live event at The Hollywood Palladium Sunday.
The star-studded event was a benefit aimed to provide expanded crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth.
Gaga was presented with the honor by the family of Jamey Rodemeyer, the Buffalo, New York teenager who killed himself in September after enduring constant harassment from schoolyard bullies over his sexuality. Rodemeyer, a huge fan of the Born This Way singer, gained prominence earlier this year after posing a viral video discussing his struggles with his peers.
Lady Gaga impressed the audience at the Jingle Bell Ball 2011 with her take on White Christmas as well as performances of her smash hits, namely Born This Way, The Edge of Glory, new single Marry the Night and plenty more.
The set included a huge motorcycle, a brand new, red keytar as well as a hospital set for her Marry the Night performance, in which she re-enacted the hospital scene in the official music video, which premiered 2 days ago.

The heartbreaking video shows Jonah displaying various paper notes that explain his thoughts on bullying.
