During a recent interview with Cosmopolitan about his upcoming movie Safelight, American Horror Story actor Evan Peters was asked about Lady Gaga and the upcoming new season Hotel.
C: Switching gears now, I have to ask you about Lady Gaga.
EP: I’m so excited to work with her and to see her on the show.
C: Do you remember when she first came on the scene?
EP: I remember the video that came out. It was really cool, I liked that.
C: Which one? Like her first song?
EP: No, the video that named [the season] Hotel. First of all, I didn’t know the name of the show and second of all, I didn’t know that Lady Gaga was going to be on it. So I was like, “This is badass.”
C: Do you think you’ll sing together at all?
EP: There’s going to be no singing this year. Ryan [Murphy, co-creator of American Horror Story ] was very adamant about that. No singing. He’s always switching it up. So it’ll just be her there to act. It’ll be brilliant.
C: Are you going to refer to her as Lady Gaga? Ms. Gaga? Or Stefanie?
EP: All of the above! Depending on the situation. Actually, I want to call her Stefanie. I think it would be really cool to call Lady Gaga by her first name. Or Gags [pronounced GAHGZ].
C: Like the teenage girls would do.
EP: Ha. Yes. I’m going to go hang out with Gags on set.
