Gaga's appearance on 24 of February was the talk of the town, and in a typically Washington way. Last week, D.C. Council member Jim Graham complained about needing tickets to Thursday night's concert, and his dream has become reality. (He donated a couple of extras to charity.) Washington City Paper has a proposal for who should be the lucky seat filler.
