Today, Lady Gaga confirmed via her Twitter, that the highly anticipated song ‘The Edge of Glory‘ will be released tomorrow at 1PM, only 14 days ahead of her new album ‘Born This Way‘. Stay tuned for updates and links to buy to song when it’s released on iTunes.We have to notice that ‘The Edge of Glory‘ isnt the third single from 'Born This Way', like 'Judas' or 'Born This Way'.Its just a promo single for the album!
Gaga wrote “The Edge of Glory” after the death of her grandfather in September.
“The song is about your last moment on earth, the moment of truth, the moment before you leave earth,” she said. “It can be played on the piano, but it’s actually set to this giant, huge, techno rock, Springsteen-esque dance beat.”
