Lady Gaga gave a concert last night in Paris, France as part of the Monster Ball Tour. Is she this generations Madonna? She definitely lives down to the idea that “sex sells” in concert. I am completely amazed at the crowds that she draws, but she does give them quite a show. Below are a couple of video clips from last night’s concert at the Palais Omnisports de Bercy in Paris.
The first is of Gaga in a studded bra and panties with fishnet stockings, sitting at the piano and singing Speechless. Two things strike me about this performance…one is that she almost seems to be having an intimate conversation with the crowd, and second, at almost the end of the clip you hear the piano out of tune (Lady Gaga is banging octaves and the piano tuner did a lousy job….or a good job of making the piano sound like grandma’s dusty, old upright in the corner of the basement)
The 2nd clip is of her being chased and molested by a giant dragon with tentacles during her hit tune Paparazzi. She looks completely strung out singing this song, which is a bit scary as she “dances around in a green dress with foam that I guess makes her look like a bush or plant of some sort.
