MTV has just announced that Gaga will open its Video Music Awards, set for August 25 at Brooklyn’s Barclay Center. She’ll perform her new single, “Applause.”
The pop star will join a list of performers that include Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, Bruno Mars, Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke, and Katy Perry.
