However, Lady Gaga came to the defense of the British boy band, showing them some love backstage while wearing her skimpy shell bikini.

Lady Gaga Calls Bradley Manning Sentence “Devastating”

gaga-manning-react-082113spShe's always one to speak her mind, and now Lady Gaga is sticking up for former US Army intelligence analyst Bradley Manning.After Manning was sentenced to 35 years in prison on Wednesday (August 21), the Mother Monster took to the Twitterverse to reveal her feelings about the announcement.

"The news of Bradley Manning's sentencing is devastating. If our own can't speak up about injustice who will? How will we ever move forward?" she tweeted.
